These classes are designed to calm and balance the nervous system. Developed to assist those with the challenges of stress, anxiety, and attention through the use of breath, movement, meditation and relaxation. Taught by Heather Monson, who specializes in Mindful Yoga for all ages. Ages 11 - 16. Class size is limited.
Registration open for Fall, 2017, Class size is limited. Fall 2017 and Winter 2018 run in 12 week sessions, $10. a class pre paid. Some pro rating may be available, space permitting, and paid at the studio only. Spring 2018 is a 6 week session, $10. a class pre paid. Drop ins welcome, space permitting, $12. per class. Brain Break Yoga for Teen/Tween Girls, ages 11-16: Wednesdays, 3:30 to 4:30 pm Starts September 13 (no class Thanksgiving week) Last class, December 6: 12 weeks. $120.00 Winter session, 2018: Starts January 10, ends April 4. Spring session, 2018: Starts April 25, ends May 30.
