Join Beth Wadden for the chance to enjoy a yoga practice that activates and stimulates the "chakras" or energy centers of the body, in a dynamic, fun and creative yoga sequence incorporating movement, visualization and sound.
Beth will start with the 5 Tibetans, a classic sequence designed to bring youth and vitality to the body, and then lead us in a "Chakra Flow" with one chosen pose for each of the 7 main chakras, and introducing each energy center's correlated color, element, affirmation, and bij mantra.
This class welcomes all levels of practitioners.
