This series is designed to introduce students to the practices of meditation, to help you develop a home practice, and to Heartsong's Yoga for Every-Body practice, accessible to all levels.  Each week will build upon the last, with lots of space of questions, individual attention and support. Brand new students and those returning to practice are encouraged to attend.
