This FREE Family Yoga Class is offered on the grassy green lawn in front of East Longmeadow's beautiful The Depot at Graham Central Station, on Maple Street in East Longmeadow, just off the bike path in the center of town.
Taught by Sheila and supported by Beth, this fun Family Style class is all levels with a playful kid-friendly vibe.
Must pre-register with your account in Punchpass to hold your spot, bring beach towels or yoga mats. One adult family member must pre-register for the family, must create an account if you do not have one already. Thank you.
