Heartsong Yoga offers free introductory classes seasonally to give new students the chance to try a yoga class, to meet a new teachers or to explore the offerings of the studio. New students who may not be familiar with Heartsong, family members or friends, can try out our Kripalu Yoga for Every-Body.
A free class can give you the courage to drop into any of our Drop in Core Classes on the schedule, or you may be inspired to commit to a course offering. Open to all, junior high school age and above. No pre registration is needed.
Intro to Kripalu Gentle Yoga for Every-Body Wednesday, October 4, 7:30 pm. Monday, October 16, 11 am. A chance to try out this gentle style of yoga for "every-body" and have the courage to drop into any of our core classes on the schedule. New students are always warmly welcome in our gentle yoga classes, but sometimes it feels nice to have a little preview of what to expect! Kripalu Yoga is at the heart of every class at Heartsong Yoga. This free intro session will give the new practitioner a chance to learn a little about the background and intentions of practice, understand some of the benefits of a regular yoga practice, and have an experience of a traditional gentle class.
