Ashtanga Yoga is a hot and powerful flow of yoga, a classical tradition that is more athletic and challenging, but still accessible to all. A 6 week course is offered seasonally for those who would like to learn this practice in a progressive way, and to help give you have the confidence to drop into any of our drop in Ashtanga classes on our drop in schedule, anyclass, anytime. It is also a practice that, once learned, can be done anytime at home or away.
