FREE Intro to Ashtanga (Power) Yoga

Wednesday January 13 7:30 pm, with Cat Rasid. Drop ins welcome! A 6 week courses will be offered starting January 20. 7:30 pm. The chance to try a powerful flowing style of yoga that is a very traditional progressive sequence of poses that create strength, flexibility, endurance and a meditation in motion! A great sweat too! These classes are for anyone wanting to sample a vigorous class, new and seasoned students are welcome! It will give you the courage to drop into one of Ashtanga drop in classes on our schedule, or to choose to attend the course that begins the following week. $95. pre registered.
