A chance to try out this gentle style of yoga for "every-body" and have the courage to drop into any of our core classes on the schedule. New students are always warmly welcomed to our gentle yoga classes, but sometimes it feels nice to have a little preview of what to expect!
Kripalu style Yoga for "Every-Body" is at the heart of every class at Heartsong Yoga. This free intro session will give the new practitioner a chance to learn a little about the background and intentions of practice, understand some of the benefits of a regular yoga practice, and have an experience of a traditional gentle class, appropriate for "every-body." No pre registration required.
