The concept of "mindfulness" seems to be everywhere these days, but what is it. Essentially, mindfulness is inviting your mind to pay attention to this moment, with curiosity and without judgment. The core of this class will be Vipassana (or "insight") meditation techniques, using the breath to help bring focus to your mind. Don't worry...if you can breathe, you can do this! We'll also explore other mindfulness exercises to help you build a personal toolkit of practices that you can use in your everyday life.
