Introducing a brand new "Men Only Yoga Class"
FREE Intro: Saturday, November 1, 11 to 12 pm
Men Only Yoga Classes in the fall:
Saturdays at 11 am:
November 15, December 6 and 20.
$15. drop in per class.
This is a class for guys only, focusing on hamstrings, low back, tight shoulders and developing core strength and stability. The class is designed to provide men with an opportunity to feel comfortable in a yoga class with education, demonstration and practice of yoga postures from the Ashtanga tradition. (Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic athletic style of yoga that perfectly balances strength and flexibility!) No experience needed.
The intro will be taught by Steve Sampson and Mark Kent, who will be sharing the teaching time over the fall.
