Carol Evans is a physical therapist, certified personal fitness trainer, and a 500 hour yoga instructor in the 8 Limb Path of Ashtanga Yoga, with Sheila Magalhaes and Beryl Bender Birch "The Hard & The Soft Yoga Teacher Training". She is an avid golfer and a member of the Longmeadow Country Club. She is passionte about empowering people to unite strength and flexibility while avoiding injury and promoting previous injury recovery. She also enjoys helping people maximize the potential of their golf game and other athletic goals.
