Drop into your deepest Self and connect with your vital essence. This New Year's yoga Retreat is designed to release tension from your spine while aligning your body, mind and spirit with your true nature. We’ll begin with an all-levels practice, including some weight bearing poses aimed to increase bone density. Then we’ll transition into a nourishing sequence of supportive restorative poses, breathing techniques and guided relaxation to dissolve your stress. The beneficial effects will leave you feeling radiant, revitalized and at peace.
