Joyful Laughter Yoga Club sessions are a fun way for us to get together as a community, and have a positive shared experience of breathing, moving, smiling and laughing. Laughter Yoga combines fun, easy to learn, interactive laughter exercises, with deep, centering breaths and simple, calming movements. Ending with  guided relaxation and some community chat time.

All levels welcome, no experience necessary. Easy to learn, fun to do.
