About Megha: Megha - Nancy Buttenheim, M.A., Founding Director of Let Your Yoga Dance LLC, has been a 28 year master teacher-trainer at Kripalu Center, leading Holistic Health Teacher Training, then Yoga Teacher Training over a 15 year period. She directs retreats and trainings internationally in her signature program, Let Your Yoga Dance Teacher Training, with a focus on bringing grace and joyful healing to body, mind, spirit, as well as the Earth. She also leads Let Your Yoga Dance for Parkinsons, Special Populations, and Positive Psychology classes, workshops, and trainings (with Dr Tal Ben-Shahar).
