Anger is one of the most common and destructive delusions, and it afflicts our mind almost every day at some level. In this course, we will learn about the nature of anger and how to manage it through engaging in simple meditation techniques and practical methods in daily life. This workshop will include guided meditations, special advice and time for discussion and Q & A. Everyone welcome regardless of background or experience.
