In modern life, almost everyone experiences some degree of fear and anxiety. By discovering their underlying causes and learning new ways of thinking, we can reduce and eventually overcome these bad habits of mind. This short course will include guided meditation as well as practical applications from Buddha's teachings to apply in daily life. With simple meditation techniques, we can learn to become more and more familiar with positive, solution-orientated thoughts that lead to calm, clarity and peace of mind. Class includes guided meditations, practical advice and time for discussion and Q & A.
