FREE intro on Tuesday, September 25, 7:15 pm. (Last Thursday class, Sept. 20, 7:15 pm) with Sheri Wood-Devin. A calming practice for body and mind, connecting breath and movement with simple yoga postures, breathing techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, with a beginner meditation practice to cultivate a calm mind and inner peace. All Levels welcome. This will be an ongoing class our on core class schedule after the free event, with regular rates, class cards and memberships welcome.
