Happy new Year to all our Heartsong Yoga Friends, we are grateful for so many blessings in our lives, and we appreciate every one of of you for being so supportive and connected to our Yoga community over the years. One of our most favorite times of the year is this season when we can come together, as a community, to Teach Yoga for Food, classes that are free with your generous non perishable (not expired) food donations for the Open Pantry. Drop ins welcome, bring your family and friends.
New Year's Day Teach Yoga for Food: 1 - 2:15 pm: 2 classes will be held All Levels Kripalu Yoga with Beth Wadden in the Great Room. All Levels Flow with Steve Sampson in the Bamboo Room.
Over the New Year's Holiday Classes held Tuesday morning:
9 am Gentle with Joanne 9:15 Ashtanga with Sheila
Classes will resume as regularly scheduled on Thursday morning.
You are welcome to bring your non-perishable food donations for the Open Pantry anytime throughout this holiday season.
