Meditation, Tai-Chi & Laughter Yoga
A community Event with Robert Rivest
4 to 5 pm.
A mindful way to bring peace, love, laughter and joy into the new year, and an opportunity to release, and to "let go" of the past year.
This event is FREE, however we are still collecting non-perishable food items for the Open Pantry so any donation would be welcome.
Meditation: Quiet the mind and open the heart.
Tai-Chi: Peaceful, gentle movement that is accessible to every body.
Laughter Yoga: Joyfully connect with one another and enjoy deep belly laughs, deep belly breaths and playful laughter games.
