New 4 - 5 pm class

Brand new afternoon class, "Slow Flow" yoga, will be taught by Sue Kent. All levels welcome to this drop in class. Regular rates apply. Also available for caregivers who have a child in the new Brain Break Yoga class, "across the hall" Soothing yet energizing, a perfect end of the day class!
