This class is specially designed for women only, providing a safe and welcoming space to strengthen the body and restore the spirit. Based on the practices of Mindful Yoga Therapy, this all levels yoga class will support both physical and emotional well being through the use of mindful movement, meditation, yoga nidra and the practice of gratitude. As we find a renewed hopefulness and inner courage to transform ourselves, we will uncover our inner light and allow it to shine brightly.
Taught by Heather Monson, a graduate of the Mindful Yoga Therapy training and a long time Heartsong Yogini, who also trained with the Hard and the Soft Yoga Institute with Beryl Bender Birch and Sheila Magalhaes, here at Heartsong Yoga.
