Saturday, March 10, meet Beryl Bender Birch, the director of our Yoga Teacher Training.
(300 hour program begins in May, 2018, next 200 hour program starts in the fall of 2018)

Beryl will teach the 7:30 am Ashtanga Yoga class, offering her Present Power Sequence, a flowing, dynamic practice that is the foundation of our training program. 
This class is offered at the "regular drop in " rate of $14. but pre registration is required as we have limited space in the Bamboo Room.

From 12:30 to 2:00 pm we will have an Open House to meet Beryl, connect with Sheila (Heartsong's director) and graduates of our past training programs, for Q & A and a chance to learn more about the program.  All interested and curious students are welcome to attend.
