Self-love is the basis of all love in your life, and begins with you. While loving relationships with other people are valuable and important, your relationship with yourself is perhaps the real key to your health and happiness. You have within you an abundance of love, a never-ending fountain of love from which you can nourish and refresh those around you.  It is the foundation on which everything else is built: your relationships, your overall quality of life, your health, your career. Your entire future depends on how your self-love is. The act of loving and accepting yourself has a direct impact on everything in your life.
Many of the essential oils that are awesome for boosting feelings of self-love and also give you a boost of confidence, energy, helping us physically, emotionally, and spiritually

This workshop is for anyone who is interested in exploring a general overview of the basics of essential oils and how they can play a part in your self care routine,  Heather will highlight which essential oils can be used to create harmony for our body/mind and will help you choose and co-create an oil blend that feels most supportive for you to take home. The class will end with a self-love themed Slow Flow Practice that will have you leaving the workshop balanced, rested and deeply nourished.
