Happy Thanksgiving to all our Heartsong Yoga Friends, we are grateful for so many blessings in our lives, and we appreciate every one of of you for being so supportive and connected to our Yoga community over the years. One of our most favorite times of the year is this season when we can come together, as a community, to Teach Yoga for Food, classes that are free with your generous non perishable (not expired) food donations for the Open Pantry. (We will also do this on New Year's Day, at the more reasonable hour of 1 pm!!) Drop ins welcome, bring your family and friends.
Over the Thanksgiving Holiday: All classes will be held Wednesday morning, afternoon and evening! 9 am Moderate with Jane 9:15 Ashtanga with Lisa 11 am Chair with Cat 3:30 Kripalu Gentle/Beginner with Sheila 5:45 Kripalu Gentle/Beginner with Cat 5:45 Vinyasa Flow with Sheila (heated room) Thanksgiving Morning Teach Yoga for Food: 9 to 10:15 am: 2 classes will be held, both with the theme of Gratitude: All Levels Kripalu Yoga with Beth in the Great Room. All Levels Vinyasa Flow with Sheila in the Bamboo Room. Classes will resume as regularly scheduled on Friday morning.
