Join Steve on Sunday February 12th for his seventh annual benefit class to support the Thomas J. O'Connor Animal Adoption Center in Springfield, MA!

Virtual (via Zoom) and in-studio options are available to participate in this gentle blend of slow-flow vinyasa and yin yoga.

This event, held in honor of his TJO-adopted pups, supports TJO’s work to help countless animals find their forever home. TJO cares for nearly 4000 animals every year!

Class is “FREE” with your generous donation to support the work that TJO performs to provide medical care and other needs critical to the well being of these beloved animals.
