Very Beginner Ashtanga Yoga Basics

Dates: Starts on July 9th, 2014 and occurs every week on Wednesdays until August 27th, 2014

New: Very Beginner Ashtanga Yoga Basics with Cathy Rasid, supported by our newest teachers from our teacher training! Wednesday nights July 9 to August 27, 7:30 to 8:30 pm. “Pay as you go” $10.00 per class, start anytime. (Teens and Monthly Members pay only $5.00) All proceeds will benefit Mindful Yoga Therapy for Veterans. We are proud to offer this new class, designed for brand new students who want to explore the strong and vigorous practice of Ashtanga Yoga, from the ground floor up. Each week will focus on the individuals who come to class, to learn sun salutations, the standing sequence, and modified and accessible poses from the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga. You can start anytime. Drop in pay as you go, all levels are welcome. This class is held only through the summer. “New teachers supporting new students, lets learn together!”
