Addressing the science of: Stress Reduction, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma , Addiction Cardiovascular: Heart research, Hypertension Diabetes: Food, Mood, Weight, and more.
Experiencing the yogic practices of: Pranayama (Breathing) Asana (Poses) Mindfulness (Meditation) Yoga Nidra (Guided Relaxation) along with the intesection of ancient teachings and modern science.
We will also share Sheila’s 2017 Springfield TEDx Talk, break out in small group discussions, do some brainstorming, and spend some time with Q & A.
