Yoga and Meditation Basics Course begins, 6 wks.

A chance to learn all about Kripalu Style Yoga for "every-body" and develop a meditation practice. Perfect for brand new beginners or those who want to fine tune their practice. 6 weeks, $90. Kripalu style yoga is at the heart of every class at Heartsong Yoga. This series will give the new practitioner a chance to learn a little about the background and intentions of practice, understand some of the benefits of a regular yoga and meditation practice. Only 1 make up available per session,to be honored in the drop in in class schedule! (This course is a progressive course, each week builds on the one before it, and requires a commitment to attend, as best you can, the entire series.)
