Starts Tuesday, March 19, with Sheila Magalhaes. 6 week course. $90. no drop ins after week 2. A chance to learn all about Kripalu Style Yoga for "every-body" and develop a meditation practice. Perfect for brand new beginners or those who want to fine tune their practice. Kripalu style yoga is at the heart of every class at Heartsong Yoga. This series will give the new practitioner a chance to learn a little about the background and intentions of practice, understand some of the benefits of a regular yoga practice, along with meditation and breathing exercises to learn and to practice at home.
