"Men Only Yoga Class"
This class will run through the month of June, and return in the fall.
Men Only Yoga Classes
Saturdays at 11 am:
First and Third Saturday each month, regular rates apply ($14. drop in, $12. senior/student, class card or membership options too.
This is a class for guys only, focusing on hamstrings, low back, tight shoulders and developing core strength and stability. The class is designed to provide men with an opportunity to feel comfortable in a yoga class with education, demonstration and practice of yoga postures from the Ashtanga tradition. (Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic athletic style of yoga that perfectly balances strength and flexibility!) No experience needed.
Taught by Steve Sampson and Mark Kent, who will be sharing the teaching time.
