In a busy world, finding peace of mind is not only a precious experience it is also vital for health and wellness. Traditional yoga practitioners have accessed deep states of peace through the direct and simple exercise of Yoga Nidra, also known as mindful and integrative relaxation.
In this workshop Yoga Nidra or 'yogic sleep' and it's many benefits will be
introduced. We will also explore the anatomy of Yoga Nidra as three distinct phases critical for a successful practice.In addition to learning about Yoga Nidra participants will also experience it through a masterfully guided experience by Randal.
Optional: Jump start the day w/ Randal as he guest teaches our 9:15 class
"Mindfulness Based All Levels Yoga Class" from 9:15 to 10:30 am.

Randal Williams, MA, E-RYT, has served as a director of Kripalu's Yoga Teacher Training program and a professor of yoga philosophy and practice.
