Mondays:  11:00 in the morning with Sheri. 
or Mondays: 7:30 in the evening with Cat.

Each a progressive learning environment with individualized attention, $45.

(You may want to repeat the course, it's the same but you'd be different, $40. pay at studio)

Ashtanga Yoga is a fun, hot, vigorous series of postures practiced in a heated room. The best way to learn is in a course where things can be broken down and there is time for Q & A.  Each 3 week course will introduce you to what is called "1/2 Primary Series" perfect for new students or those looking to expand their practice. The challenging and graceful flow combines breath and movement into a meditation in motion. This traditional progressive sequence of poses that creates strength, flexibility, endurance, with a great sweat too!

Mondays, am or pm:

(Feb.19, Feb. 26, March 5): 11 am or 7:30 pm (one hour).
