3 week Ashtanga Foundations Courses
Mondays:  11 am, or 7:30 pm.
3 Series scheduled for Fall 2017:
Each a progressive learning environment with individualized attention, $45.
(You may want to repeat the course, it's the same but you'd be different, $40. pay at studio)

  • Series 1: October 23, 30, Nov. 6: 11 am or 7:30 pm (one hour)
  • Series 2: November 13, 20, 27:  11 am or 7:30 pm (one hour)
  • Series 3: December 4, 11, 18: 11 am or 7:30 pm (one hour).

Ashtanga Yoga is a fun, hot, vigorous series of postures practiced in a heated room. The best way to learn is in a course where things can be broken down and there is time for Q & A.  This course will introduce you to what is called "1/2 Primary Series" perfect for new students or those looking to expand their practice. The challenging and graceful flow combines breath and movement into a meditation in motion. This traditional progressive sequence of poses that creates strength, flexibility, endurance, with a great sweat too!

3 week Kripau Yoga for Every Body Courses
2 Series scheduled for Fall 2017:
Wednesdays in October, 7:30 pm.
Tuesdays in November, 7:30 pm.
Each a progressive learning environment with individualized attention, $45.
(You may want to repeat the course, it's the same but you'd be different, $40. pay at studio) 

  • Series 1: Wednesdays: October 25, November 1, 8.  7:30 pm. (one hour)
  • Series 2: Tuesdays: November 28, December 5, 12.  7:30 pm. (one hour)

We like to call Kriaplu yoga the "Yoga for Every-Body" and it is at the heart of every class at Heartsong Yoga. These courses will give the new practitioner a chance to learn a little about the background and intentions of practice, understand some of the benefits of a regular yoga practice, and have the chance to work in a more individualized manner with plenty of time for Q & A
