Ashtanga Yoga is a fun, hot, vigorous series of postures practiced in a heated room. The best way to learn is in a course where things can be broken down and there is time for Q & A. This 4 week course will introduce you to the Sun Salutations and what is called "1/2 Primary Series" and "Present Power" perfect for new students or those looking to expand their practice. The challenging and graceful flow combines breath and movement into a meditation in motion. This traditional progressive sequence of poses that creates strength, flexibility, endurance, with a great sweat too!
