Kids Yoga Classes: Deep Play For Kids
Boys and Girls, younger kids, ages 3 and up

This series cannot accomodate make ups! The classes are small, intimate and very special.

Classes include playful and imaginative exploration, with yoga poses, games and activities. Breathing, movement, and relaxation, meditation and mindfulness infused within every class. Benefits include stress reduction, increased listening skills, focus and body awareness, balance and coordination.
