Pre register for one series, or take all three! Ashtanga Yoga is a fun, hot, vigorous series of postures practiced in a heated room. The challenging and graceful flow combines breath and movement into a meditation in motion. It's a very traditional progressive sequence of poses that creates strength, flexibility, endurance, with a great sweat too!
