Do I have to sit on the floor to do Yoga?

Most classes begin with sitting on the floor, on a cushion.  This helps prop you and is comfortable for most. You do not need to sit cross legged, you can stretch out your legs anytime.  If you want a chair, we can set you up with one you can use to sit on, to rest on, or to use to help you stand up after sitting for a while!  No worries.  If you want to do yoga in a chair, try our Wednesday morning Chair Yoga at 11 am.
