Will Teach Yoga for Food
We kicked off the New Year in style with our Yoga for Food drive, with over 60 students attending classes, bringing bags of groceries for the Open Pantry..
Annual New Year's Day classes at 3 pm to kick off your New Year in a healthy way! Two classes will be held at 3 pm:
A Kripalu style All Levels Yoga for Every-Body class with Beth Wadden, all welcome to attend, and the 3 pm Ashtanga class will be led by Sheila Magalhaes, and this class will be taught, led and guided, and even new students to Ashtanga are welcome to join in, knowing that the class is hot, challenging, vigorous and a great yoga work-out.
Walk ins are welcome to these classes. The Open Pantry needs our help, especially in the winter months, and each year we collect nearly 500 pounds of food over the season. Please join us.
