Essential Oils & Relaxation Practice

For thousands of years, people have reached for the power of plants, using essential oils to uplift them spiritually and emotionally, to support their overall wellness, and for cosmetic purposes. Now you can use essential oils for aromatherapy, in your household solutions, or for personal care; every aspect of your daily life can benefit from a drop or two of your favorite essential oil!

These classes will introduce beautiful oils, where you can create a personalized oil blend to take home, and enjoy a practice of mindfulness, relaxation or a sweet yoga session, depending on the focus and intention of the workshop each month.  The second Tuesday of each month at 7:15 pm.

$25., pre registration recommended but walk ins are welcome.

Essential Oils for Spring, followed by a Slow-Flow Allergy-Focused Yoga Class
Spring has sprung and with the seasons changing, it's a time for us to welcome a sense of renewal and new beginnings. If you're planning on making any changes to your home or lifestyle this spring, essential oils can help. In this workshop, you will learn about the basics of essential oils, with an emphasis on essential oils that will help support you during the spring, followed by a slow-flow allergy-focused yoga class.
