Teen/Tween Yoga Classes
Two Sundays a month, 11 to noon.

The first and third Sundays each month
Last class will be on April 7.....remember teens and tweens are welcome to our regular classes!
This class is specially designed for teens and tweens, boys and girls, middle and high school age who want to learn yoga along with their friends and others their age.  (Without mom or dad!)  It is a new class on the schedule, taught by Kimberly Westbrook who trained at Kripalu for "Kripalu Yoga in the Schools". KYIS targets social and emotional learning skills, including stress management, emotional regulation, self-appreciation and confidence, along with strong peer relationships.
The class is structured to include centering and breathwork, warm-ups, yoga poses, and relaxation, followed by integration and/or meditation.
$6.00 per teen, which is our usual "rate" for this age group to drop into any class, any time.
Walk ins welcome. (no pre registration needed.)

There are no childcare facilities at Heartsong Yoga, as the classes are designed for adults.
Midde School and High School students are always welcome, but not younger kids.
Younger children are invited to join our Brain Break Yoga for Boys or Girls, offered seasonally.
Moms and Dads, besides Family Yoga, the best way to share yoga with your kids is for YOU to attend classes, and share and model yoga and mindfulness for them at home!
