Mindful Tai-Chi Flow is essentially mindfulness meditation in many forms; sitting, standing, breathing and moving. We flow from a brief, seated meditation with visualization and breathing exercises into standing and walking meditation, then into free flowing tai-chi and qigong moves with slow, calm, breathing and poetic nature imagery. We end with a peaceful guided relaxation. No experience necessary, you can adapt all movements to fit your own body, ability and energy level. A peaceful way to quiet the mind and ease body tension. Mindful Tai-Chi Flow helps us feel relaxed, yet energized, ready to start the day in a joyful way.

Robert Rivest is an internationally admired Laughter Yoga Teacher and Certified Master Trainer. He is a renowned comic mime artist, an accomplished health, literacy and stress relief educator, and an engaging public speaker. Robert's teaching style is influenced by a 25 year practice of Mindfulness Meditation, Tai-Chi & Qigong. Since 1985, he has given over 8,000 presentations in Europe, Asia, Africa and across the U.S.  His keynotes, trainings, retreats, and “Laugh- Along” YouTube videos have helped thousands of people around the world feel healthier and happier.
