Brain Break: Boys, Girls, & Tween/Teens Girls
Spring session end date is week of May 30.
Spring 2018 are 6 week sessions, $10. a class pre paid.
Drop ins welcome, space permitting, $12. per class. (call ahead)
New dates: Fall of 2018, beginning the week of September 11 to December 4
(no class week of Thanksgiving) 10 wks.
Winter Session starts week of January 8, to April 2, (No class week of February 19) 10 wks.
Spring Session starts week of April 23, to May 28, 6 wks.
Brain Break Yoga Classes
for Boys, Girls or Teens/Tween Girls are offered seasonally.
Boys: Tuesday afternoons, 4 - 5 pm. (limited to 6 boys)
Teen/Tween Girls: Wednesday afternoons, 3:30 - 4:30 pm.
Girls: Thursday afternoons, 4 - 5 pm.
These classes are designed to calm and balance the nervous system. Developed to assist those with the challenges of stress, anxiety, and attention through the use of breath, movement, meditation and relaxation. Taught by Heather Monson, who specializes in Mindful Yoga for all ages.

There are no childcare facilities at Heartsong Yoga, as the classes are designed for adults.
Midde School and High School students are always welcome in our drop in classes, at a very special price.
Younger children are invited to join our Family Yoga classes for moms, dads, friends and children of all ages, held on the first and third Sunday of each month.
Moms & Dads, besides Family Yoga & Brain Break, the best way to share yoga with your kids is for YOU to attend classes, and share and model yoga and mindfulness for them at home!
