Every Wednesday, 11 to 12 pm. Drop ins welcome, regular rates apply $14. drop in, $12. seniors 65+, class cards or members.
This is a class for folks who are brand new to yoga, may have been inactive for a while, have an injury or health challenge, or just want the extra support of a chair for balance and stability! Some may use the chair, others may choose not too, Cat can teach to every-body, and everyone can benefit from this beautiful practice of breath awareness, quieting the mind, while stretching and strengthening the body. Perfect for those with arthritis, fibromyalgia, hip or knee replacements too!
This class is warm and welcoming, and the community is joyful. Come to simply enjoy a yoga class without any worries about your mobility, learn to breathe deeply and fully to relax and restore your nervous system and quiet your mind. Includes breathing awareness exercises and mindfulness meditation as well as stretching and strengthening yoga poses.
Family Yoga Classes The first and third Sundays each month, 11 am $5.00 per person, all ages, walk ins welcome. (no pre registration needed.)
Join Lisa Bullen for this playful exploration of the practice of yoga, appropriate for all ages, especially those who just want to have some fun and enjoy a light hearted approach to practicing as a family and a community. Expect to make some noise, to celebrate animals and nature, and to enjoy some partner yoga. All are welcome, families, friends, and all yoga buddies of all ages. Find the yoga kid inside yourself! New: Yoga for Kids Classes Tuesday afternoons, 3:30 - 4:30 pm Run in 4 week sessions, $40. With Lisa Katz, RYT-200 hr, certified Deep Play for Kids, Creative Kids Yoga, and a Kidding Around Yoga teacher Classes include playful and imaginative exploration, with yoga poses, games and activities. Breathing, movement, and relaxation, meditation and mindfulness infused within every class. Benefits include stress reduction, increased listening skills, focus and body awareness, balance and coordination.
There are no childcare facilities at Heartsong Yoga, as the classes are designed for adults. Midde School and High School students are always welcome, but not younger kids. Moms and Dads, besides Family Yoga, the best way to share yoga with your kids is for you to attend classes, and share and model yoga and mindfulness for them at home!

Kids Yoga Classes: Deep Play For Kids 4 week sessions for boys and girls, each session, $40.00 Tuesdays, 3:30 - 4:30 pm.
Younger kids welcome: ages 3 and up.
