We offer a variety of ways to be introduced to the Mind, Body, and Soul practices of Yoga and Meditation.  Known as the classical 8 Limbed Path of Yoga, being kind to one another is the foundation of all the practices.  Mindfulness can be defined as "paying attention, on purpose, without judgement" and can be practiced 24/7.  A yoga practice can happen on a mat as you move, stretch and breathe, or off the mat, as you stand tall, find courage, and meet every experience that comes your way with ease and grace. 

We specialize in introducing folks to these practices that have been passed down through the centuries.  Our teachers are experienced, skillful and compassionate.  The studio is warm and welcoming. The schedule is rich and full.  If you are curious about yoga, in all it's dimensions, come visit.

Peace and Power:  Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga & it's variations.
Deep Peace:  Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra
Quiet Mind:  Mindfulness and Meditation.
Rested Nervous System: Yoga Nidra.
Family Bonding:  Family Yoga (first  Sunday each month at noon)
Relationship Building:  Full Moon Yoga, (Sundays closest to the full moon, 6 pm.)
