All Levels Flow Yoga with Live Acoustic Guitar to benefit The Give Back Yoga Foundation
Saturday, June 1, 10:30 am. This class will be offered instead of Jeff's "regular" class. Jeff will be playing the tunes, while Sheila will teach a Freedom Flow class, suitable for all levels. We are honored to support the Give Back Yoga Foundation's "Yoga for All" program bringing yoga to veteran and addiction recovery centers, homeless encampments, and cancer recovery hospitals.
