108 Sun Salutations, Solstice & Benefit Class

A Benefit for the Siddhartha School & 6 yr old Changsem Dorjey, the student we support there
Sunday, June 16, 2024 we begin at 7 am, and will be done by 8:30! (Father's Day!) We plan to be outside, in the parking lot behind the building, but will go indoors if the weather is bad. If you love a strong and playful practice, join us! If you are not sure if you can do 108 Sun Salutations, come do a few!
