This Tuesday, May 7: Reiki & Crystal Immersion to Honor Your Inner Light, 7:15 - 8:30 pm, with Shannon Bates, $25. Pre-Registration preferred so Shannan can prepare materials for you (everyone goes home with special crystals) but walk ins are welcome. Pause and allow yourself to be immersed in the healing energies of Reiki (a Japanese energetic healing modality), crystals and light work with the healing and relaxing energy of Reiki, and a guided visualization to clear and recharge your energy centers. This Wednesday, May 8: 5 week Meditation Course, with Cat Rasid 7:15 - 8:15 pm. This is a 5 week course, preregister for $85. If you cannot commit to all 5 classes, each class can be attended individually, $18, as each session is a fabulous stand-along intro to meditation and practice, with a group! Yoga Nidra Specialty Class, Once a Month, Hybrid, Thursday, May 16, 7:00 - 8:00 pm. $20. with Cat Rasid, In-Studio and Livestream, (and always on the 2nd Thursday a month) Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative practice, where you will be guided through a series of "visualizations" to systematically be led towards mental, physical, and emotional relaxation. Yoga Nidra is sometimes called Beyond the Dreams, Deep Deep Sleep, or The Ocean of Emptiness. It is helpful for stress reduction, insomnia, fatigue, depression, anxiety and general well-being. "Tri-Yoga" Yoga for (all) Athletes, to Prepare & Repair, Friday May 17, 6 - 7:15 pm with Patty DeLuca, in studio only. A light hearted, slow flow asana class and cross training tool designed for the tri-athlete, to repair and prepare their connective tissue promoting injury prevention, increasing performance and longevity in the sport with increased focus to both mind and body. Reiki Training Level 2 Saturday, May 18, with Priscilla Gale, from Sacred Sound Reiki, in Stow, MA. Reiki is an energy practice that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, anxiety, chronic aches and pains while offering symptom relief to improve over-all health and well-being along with boosting the immune system. Saturday, June 1, at 10:30 am, Jeff Conti is bringing out his guitar and Sheila will lead a class with live acoustic music to benefit the Give Back Yoga Foundation’s "Yoga for All" program, bringing yoga to veteran and addiction recovery centers, homeless encampments, and cancer recovery hospitals.
