Ashtanga Yoga is a fun, hot, vigorous series of postures. A great way to learn is in a series where things can be broken down and there is time for Q & A.  This 3 week course will introduce you to the Sun Salutations and what is called "1/2 Primary Series" and "Present Power" perfect for new students or those looking to expand their practice. The challenging and graceful flow combines breath and movement into a meditation in motion. This traditional progressive sequence of poses that creates strength, flexibility, and endurance.


This series introduces you to Leah Barr, one of our wonderful grads from the Hard and the Soft Yoga Teacher Training program from 2020!
