Learn how to align with nature using the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. Develop new or recharge healthy habits on and off the mat! Discover well being through good digestion, pranayama (breath work), meditation and mindfulness techniques that will inspire and refresh.

Experience a set of practices that you can choose from to take good care of your sacred body temple, support to manage stress during the holidays, and more resilience in your body and mind for winter happiness.
