New: Moderate Flow & Restore
Friday mornings at 9 am, In-Studio & Zoom, with Kathleen Gormally
A strenthening practice that includes inter-connective flow between postures for a sometimes challenging but always joyful practice.  Offered with plenty of instruction, alignment cues and variations so all students are welcome. This class is slightly longer (75 min.) to include time at the end to explore restorative postures to complete a fully balanced practice for body, mind & spirit.

New: Ashtanga Present Power, with rotating instructors
Friday mornings at 9 am, In-Studio Only.
Ashtanga Yoga is a vigorous, flowing (vinyasa style) practice.  While not a more advanced style of yoga, it often draws those looking for a more physically challenging pace.  In an Ashtanga Flow "Present Power" class, we explore the methodology's traditional sequence, offered in an accessible way for all, adding some of what are called "second series" poses for a balanced practice. Taught by our newest teachers, by rotation, and a portion of the proceeds of each class will be offered to the Give Back Yoga Foundation to hlep support programs designed for special and underserved populations.
